We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your statutory rights and our procedures for cancellations, returns and refunds.
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Order means your request to purchase Goods from us.

2. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are purchasing as a consumer (i.e. not in the course of business), you have the legal right to cancel your Order within 14 days without giving any reason.
2.1 Cancellation Period
The cancellation period expires 14 days after:

The day you receive the Goods; or

The day a third party (other than the carrier) nominated by you takes possession of the Goods.
If your Order consists of multiple Goods delivered separately, the 14-day period runs from the day you receive the last item.

You may use the model cancellation form set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations, but this is not mandatory.
3. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your Order within the cancellation period:

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (excluding any additional costs arising if you chose a premium delivery option).

We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
3.1 Refund Timing
We will process your refund within 14 days of:

Receiving the returned Goods; or
-
Receiving evidence that you have returned the Goods (whichever is earlier).
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly
agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
4. Returning Goods
You must return the Goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after informing us of your cancellation.

4.2 Return Costs
Unless the Goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods.
We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service. We are not responsible for Goods lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Goods That Cannot Be Cancelled or Returned
The right to cancel does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (including customised teamwear or bespoke items);

Sealed Goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;

Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life;

Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
If Goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to:

A repair or replacement;

A price reduction; or

A refund.
Where Goods are faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs.
7. Gifts
If Goods were marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the Goods are received.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
