Privacy and Cookies
We will treat all your Personal Data as confidential although we reserve the right to disclose this information in specific circumstances. Your Personal Data is kept on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable privacy regulations and consumer legislation.
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description and may include additional specific conditions related to that product including, without limitation, conditions concerning estimated delivery/production times.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible the information, including product descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time, may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Prices are displayed on the website in pounds sterling (£). The prices listed on the website are the current prices at the time of your order and we reserve the right to change prices on the website from time to time. Prices include VAT.
Delivery charges will be applied on an item by item basis and displayed at the Checkout. Any current free delivery offers apply to the UK mainland, the Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands only. Charges for delivery outside of these areas are covered within the "Overseas Orders" extension to the Terms and Conditions.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and The Bowls Shop will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. For the avoidance of doubt, you must make payments in full before your order can be processed. Where a deposit is taken in advance of a product launch the balance will be required before dispatch of the goods when they become available. We will show the basic full price of the item on the website without any optional additions.
All payments will be in pounds sterling (£) and payment will be accepted using any of our acceptable payment and ordering methods. Payments will be made online during the checkout process.
Ordering, cancelling and returning products
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
The steps involved in placing an order can be found on the "My Order" page of the Website.
Information on your right to cancel an order, on your entitlement to a refund and how to return an item can be found in our "Refund Policy".
